I'm finishing a complex website and I need to test it against common attacks and vulnerabilities (injection, etc.).

How would I go about this?

Is this proprietary software or what? You should be more concerned with looking through the code. SQL injection can be taken care of easily by sanitizing input. Sadly, lots of people totally ignore that.

I'm not the coder and I can't read code.

I just had it made and it has taken like 2 months to develop, so I want to make sure it is right before I pay for it.
