Need Help Irvine CA area Please :) - GoFuckYourself.com

I do not get around these parts much but I have something going on right now and I'm hoping some old friends from around here may be able to help me out.

I am helping out a good friend in the Irvine CA area.
I am in need of a couple things.

1. I need to hire a private investigator and I need someone aggressive and good. Need them to start this upcoming Saturday. Sadly I am getting very concerned for my friends life. I was excited this last week to meet up with a pi but after a 2 hour meeting the guy did not take one note and sadly could not keep any of the facts straight about the case. So sadly I am still searching.
2. I need to hire a company to install video surveillance at the offices and home residence.

3. I will need to hire a basic webmaster / general IT guy for the office full time.
Basic description of job.
Someone who is good with networks, printers, mail clients, vista, basic every day computer knowledge. A plus would be a decent webmaster who can handle the website updates plus general IT stuff.
