Looking for someone with experience in running multiple TGP sites.

I'll pay for the server(s), domain names, scripts required to run the sites, traffic, and designs of the websites.

Your job will be all the normal maintenance of TGP sites -- adding galleries to the TGP database, cropping thumbs, doing link trades, etc.

If anyone's interested in this opportunity and does the job needed I'll split all earnins with you 50/50.

Not a very good offer IMHO.. you would need to shell out a salary because the guy doing all the work is getting nothing for doing "all" the work in the start. Not to mention it's really not that much to get TGP's going using free scripts.

If you are only paying via 50/50 then there is no benefit for someone to do all that work for you vs just using free scripts and cheap hosting. The skinny is, you are wanting 50% for just supplying some start up money.. well then you need to offer some start up pay as well to get someone to bite.
