There has been alot of specualtion and rumors that google is interested in this company for its advertising technology. They are the only player in this market and they have a 1yr target of $3.25, but most of my stock guys put it at $5-$7 range. They have very little debt, will probally be profitable next quarter, and are about to close some huge deals. Look them over, they have one of the best upside potentials i have seen in awhile. I got into this little gem at .89 and im still holding for more.

I'm still saying GZFX.. Jan 15th is the day it's supposed to start going nation wide as long as the Circuit City deal goes through.

Another one is FCDH I'm in this one for the free shares of SNYY.. Deadline to be in that one was Fri.. I'll end up with around 100k free shares of SNYY which is trading at $1.50 right now.

FCDH may have a merger in the near future and once it gets a US carrier look out.. Has a short term risk of dropping like a rock once the divi sell date is announced.

Im not so sure that this is a good idea.

Someone is going to mess with them in some way or another. I would sell 50% of what you bought, and that way, if they come crashing down, you dont lose it all.

Just out of curiosity, can you buy uneven lots of Buffet's stock? Or do you have to buy 100 shares?

I sold out of UARM a week or so back, they have hit their ipo peak imho and really dont have to much more room to grow.

All its going to take to make their stock worthless is for a larger brand such as Adidas, Puma, Nike etc to get on board with a similar fabric concept and they will go under.

I know nothing about the others, but siri is a bad gamble at this price. Unless they introduce new (money generating) aspects to their business, the price will certainly go down. Since a new income generating aspect to the business would be a complete surprise, you are betting on hope alone (at this point).

I watch that stock close. Sat. radio is here to stay even though it will be a roller coaster for the investor. Better then expected sub numbers will put this stock on the move upwards again. Not to mention revenue gained from hardware sales this holiday and with the Stern Blitz.

If they blow away the sub numbers more revenue opps rise as they do have advertising slots for Stern and other key shows.

Is it a gamble short term yes. Long term no. Profit in late 2006. Skys the limit beyond that. Trade it and play it or hold it. Its made me a shit load of money.

Realistically, i dont even think SIRI is a true long play, give it 3 months and the sales from Xmas will kick in to their quarterly report (if not sooner) and the stock price will rocket.

Take Stern out of the equation and SIRI has a really good product and business model that they have already said is going to be in a positive cash flow mid-late '06

Lee

This is not true at all.

I've made a shit load of money as well on Siri. I bought at $4 and $5 and sold it all (over) $8. That was a long time ago.

Go back and read the archived articles about the value of the company and they lay out exactly why the stock is and has been overpriced. Once the dust settles from this holiday season and the Stern move, everyone who didn't understand the valuation of the company will be certain that the stock is/was overvalued.

If I get time, I will try to find those articles. They are exceedingly helpful.

Like I said, if they offer some other income generating service, then the equation will change.

Good luck no matter what!

CNXT $2 stock that makes chips, lots of business going on, worth watching for near future for sure

OSUR makes the at home mouth swab AIDS test. Great stock but recently crashed due to some cry wolf false negs, dropped maybe too low will go back up.

STXS makes a magnetic healthcare machine on my radar.

- I dont want to cause forum trouble but I was thinking about starting a board for stock talk for some of us on different forums if anyone would be intrested.

I just picked up another 1,000 shares this morning @ 32.46 and its trading at 33.73. I was out in the mall yesterday and every store was sold out of Under Armour and almost every retailer on Amazon.com has it back ordered. Cramer also wrote a great little article on Realmoney.com about UARM on Friday.

At 60 times earnings its expensive however its fast growing company thats making money and should blow away its earnings estimates for this current quarter. For that it could trade up in 70 - 75 times earnings and thats when I'll get out.

A couple of my friends thought the same when they couldn't get in on the IPO like I did. One of them bought 500 shares in the mid 20's a few days after the IPO and he's extremely happy.

I'd be comfortable picking up shares that this point and up untill they report for the current quarter. After that it could be "to the moon" or I could be selling like a mad man.

This is a company in its infancy and just recently started growing. The numbers will not add up at this time in regards to "value". Think outside the box. We are not just talking about Sirius we are talking about the industry as a whole. Sat Rad. is here to stay. You are leaving out the growth factor completely. The company is not sitting still.

btw they just announced today that the exceded the 3M subscriber growth (as I said they would in my post yesterday).
