We are registered now as an E Wallet in Europe and we just need to finish upsome mastercard compliance issues with adding a shoping page on our website. This enables customers to actually join our clients websites from our website, not only the clients website.
And enables our merchants to add a pay-pal like e-wallet join options and services as a payout to affiliates without wiring costs and fees, all directly from their merchant account. We are calling GT Bill Wallet. Mastercard temporarily asked us to remove their logos and reapply them once we finished this additional compliance procedure. To answer the queries we do not have any problems with Mastercard, we are getting our IPSP licensing and are actually getiing ready to roll out a rate special next month of 4.95%. The mastercard logos are being reapplied as we speak.

This is quite true, Mastercard has been quite strict lately. Unfortunately it is creating quite bad press for all billing providers. I think they want all third party billers to add a shopping mall on their website. CCBill has one and Commerce Gate as well, I have not checked out EPOCHs site in a while, or L3 or Zombaio but Im pretty sure they have them as well.
