Cross your fingers.

Haven't used my laptop since Internext Miami. 27 windows updates including Framework 3.5... then figure out why my wireless card doesn't want to connect to the router (using WPA now instead of WEP so that might be it)...

Hopefully I don't have to go out, buy a new one, and install everything just so I can get stuff done while in Phoenix.

that was what is was.. downloaded a updated driver and it let me enter the network key and connected.

LoL I've got a USB wireless adapter just in case.

It always has. Hung for a long time while installing a WindowsFramework update.. had me worried that it wasn't gonna come back but it did. Got all my operating files updated and sync'd with my desktop. Now I'll let it sit for a few days. I usually work from it at least one complete day before going on a trip with it so I catch anything I missed transferring.

PK closest thing I could find to a spa near Mission Palms was an Aveda store where they have treatments. We could pop in for some quick pampering if you're still game.
