Google Maps pro needed .. pleaseee

Hey thanks for sticking your heads in here ..
I need someone who knows how to get a hold of Google maps .. I have a mainstream biz I listed on google maps.. I go to see the listing and there is already one there .. ??? one with a link to a local Realtor .. our phone number is there .. address is right accept the postal code .. but no links to my site and it is located at the top of the list .. with my "real" exact listing and proper links not in first .. but second with exact type in ..

I contacted her and she had no idea it even existed ..
