Saving avi files in IE7 changes extension to asx?
I am testing some avi files on my server, when I right click and save them using IE7, the extension is shown as asx - so if the file name is test.avi, ie7 saves it as test.asx.
Does anyone know why? |

The problem is that the server is using a no-cache header. IE has the same problem with images... if the server uses no-cache header then it will try and save them as bitmaps.
