I am starting to put together the details for a project I have coming up and I need a few good coders to work on the project. Generally I always hit rentacoder.com or something similar but figured it would be beneficial to work with someone who is already within the industry on this project.
Without giving away too many details of the project, below are some of the things that will need to be covered:
Custom CMS (it might work on an existing one with the proper modifications, but not familiar enough to know)
Databases
User backend
Implementation of Maxmind's GEOIP system.

I would like to look through your portfolios first and pin down a few people I would like to work with before giving more details as this will be a first within the industry and I would rather not share the idea with everyone.
