Problem with ISP accessing some sites? WTF?

This is weird, I have comcast at home and att in my office. One server can't be accessed thru comcast network at least once every week. It just hands there. If I use ATT connection all works fine. Have you ever had problems like that and whats causing it??? cache or some sort of firewall? wtf?

Yep, same here.

I have had that same issue a number of times with Charter. Luckily, I have a back up T1 in my office for just such an occasion.
