I use irfanview as my main image viewer. It is a very small super fast image viewing program.

I use:
Adobe Photoshop CS4
Dreamweaver CS4 for web design and FTP
Premiere Pro CS4

ACDsee is great. But not the current version.
I still run version 3.2, I believe. It's the last version where the program is not a resource hog and stuffed with unnecessary features.
