Does anyone have any suggestions for some reasonably cheap video conferencing software. I am trying to help out a small club link some of their members that are located around the country.

Most of the ones I have found want a monthly subscription, which doesn't suit them as the meetings are only held every 2 or 3 months.

Your software looks good. I think it has a whole lot of extra features that we would not require and is probably priced a bit out of our price range for the intended application.

I will keep it in mind for future projects though.

SKYPE.

Many of my offshore clients have been using Skype for videoconferencing since 2005. All that they need are some inexpensive PC's for their boardrooms, some plasma or lcd screens, some logitech cams (Good deal here) and a mediocre internet connection. Calls are FREE.

It will save them tons of money and it can even be distributed throughout the enterprise. Plus with skype's add-ons like desktop sharing and collaboration, meetings can be interactive.
