I'll be checking out 311 Live for the first time next week at a sweet little venue in Ashville, North Carolina called The Orange Peel....
voted one of the Top 5 Rock Clubs in the U.S. by Rolling Stone magazine.

The Orange Peel Social Aid & Pleasure Club of Asheville, North Carolina was voted one of Rolling Stone magazine's Top 5 Rock Clubs in the country. Asheville's premier downtown live music club is a smoke free facility that features a state of the art sound and lighting system.

Musical acts appearing on stage have included Bob Dylan, The Flaming Lips, Ben Harper, Blondie, Spoon, Sonic Youth, My Morning Jacket, Dinosaur Jr, Smashing Pumpkins, Arcade Fire and many more.

Saw them 2 summers ago at DTE in Detroit. Awesome live performance, was a little bit disappointing that they didn't play more of their older stuff, as I am not a huge fan of some of their new music, but still good nonetheless.

I saw them back in like 1997 or so and they far exceeded my expectations live. A few years ago I saw them on some New Years show and wasn't impressed at all. Who knows, they were probably shit faced from all the bubbly!

I almost saw them last weekend at Earth Day Birthday in Orlando, but did something else... I saw them about a year or two ago in Tampa Bay. It was a pretty good show! That venue looks pretty awesome.

Those guys are still around??? I saw them play a little bar in Berkely about 17 years ago with corn. Thought they would have died out by now.

their last couple of albums weren't impressive but their stuff from back in the day still holds up.

I like 311, I like the Wailers more. they were playing in LA a while back and I missed them both.
