Best h.264 encoder for a PC?

I've been doing mine on a Mac (a glorious new Mac Book Pro) but now I need to get some running on my PC as well.

What's the best?

I use Premiere Pro CS4 with the Main Concept H264 plug in. Main Concept are the encoding Gods.

Main concept rocks. I use it for most everything, nice thing is it works as a plugin on Sorenson as well. So that allows me to do stuff already edited using it.

how fast does it encode with that setup? what kind of speedup do you get with that card?
