I hear organic is now the rage.

My great grandparents lived into their 90's they were Italian, they would eat anything, drank red wine, and would eat a lot of raw garlic.

I think the main issue is were all stressed out over everything...money, work, family, news, etc. We try to do too much and it is very bad for your health. I sleep 4-6 hours a day...and eat anything that taste good.

Stress is over rated. People are stressed because they are fucking idiots. Unless someone is about to die because of a decision or action you make or take in the next few minutes, you don't have any stress in your life.
