It would be better to ask her out in person but fuck it...send the email and see what happens. Hell, you hear so much about couples meeting online these days through dating websites and establishing long lasting relationships with one another....so send the email and see what comes from it. I am not saying that you are looking for a relationship because I do not know whether you are or not....but I do know that we are living in a very digital age. It's not the 1980's any longer. Sending an email is alot different than writing a fucking letter to ask a girl out back in 1984.

However, the bottom line is this.......

Either the chick at the bank thinks you are hot or not. I mean, yeah sure....the inside of someone is what really counts as far as relationships but the outside of the person is what kicks in the attraction which leads to continuing to communicate with one another...thus forming the relationship.
