best EU country to buy a flat or nice apt?
Whats a nice EU country and CITY to buy a nice flat in?
Not a place over priced for only 25m2... but affordable, high speed internet, metro train or something, fun, etc...

Hm i guess Central European countries will be good for you, Slovakia maybe is the place fr you.Not so expensive, nice girls, not so high internet but also not so bad.Second choice should be Hungary, Czech Republic also can be good for you.

Hi, depending on which use I have a appartment in The Hague / the Netherlands.
If you want to resident in the NL The Hague is a good option. if you want Amsterdam, dor shoots and stuff, you will need a lot of cash. |

Surely depends what you wanna do from there. In Germany you need at least 1k EUR per m² for an "ok-good area", 1,5-2k/m² for a a real good area - if that's affordable or not - depends what you compare it too...
But you get fast internet (6-50mbit) in nearly all cities > 50.000 residents, metro/bus network is good in all bigger cities and fun ... well ... you just need to know where to go and you'll find fun anywhere i guess :D But in the end it's the most important thing what you wanna do from your location - if you wanna do anything adult related - better stay out of germany - the laws are beyond ridiculous ... You'll also need at least basic language knowledge - only a few people speek fluent englisch - even less people from the adminstration |
