Server people, every 8-10 days our sales almost stops, then we reboot and sales are back to amazing..

Any idea what can cause this?

have a look at top when the server is going slow and that may give you an indication of where to start looking.

Have you tried loading every page you can think of when you notice the slowdown?

Really hard to offer advice with the little info you've posted. Have you tried talking to your hosting company or hiring a sysadmin to poke around your machines?

Yeah, this definitely needs a thorough inspection. It could be mysql ipconntrack tables filling and dropping new connections, or a million other things.

Very strange as you use ccbill to actually handle all your transactions and affiliate tracking, so your server should be serving up static html right?

Two things I would check is if the number of mysql connections are filling up and also the tmp directory to see if it is filling up with junk.
