When did CCbill start allowing prechecked cross sales?
Found a join page tonight that had a ccbill prechecked on it. It's above the submit but I didn't know they allow prechecked, only unchecked.

If memory serves, it appeared to have happened to a load of sites just after TPF09. Guerilla Traffic were there cutting deals I think
 Might have been allowable before that but that's when i noticed it. |
