Yeah, I have some but I am not very happy with them .. most require banner with backlink other are not very accurate.. so please share your one

Looks pretty good. I only looked over it briefly but does it have keyword stats? I have always wanted a clone of Google Analytics, their stats rock but I don't like Google having its hands on any more of my data than it needs to.
