Any good programs to block ponr on computer?

Spam me with programs that block adult sites on PC. This is the second time this month I have to clean up my friend's dad's PC from msb.exe virus.

Notice how it's always the same people getting viruses regularly. I know stuff is getting more stealth and we are all vulnerable but for crying out loud what sites is this guy surfing to get boned twice in one month by the same virus?

Antivirus > Avast or Avira

Another solution:
Use the firewall in your router and block all the sites in the history logs of the browser being used

Yet another option:
Install a parental control thingy in ur dad's pc ... lol

You can setup OpenDNS http://www.opendns.com/ on the machine, then you can create an account and login to the control panel and block websites by categories like porn/virus/scam/etc.
