Aren't adult tube sites 2257 exempt because ALL of the clips are user uploaded?
If the tube site owner is just starting a site with free content, just for traffic purposes, then why would they be 2257 exempt? You are either an innocent hub, allowing others to add clips to your "community" or you are running a traffic builder / pay site, which requires proper 2257 record keeping. How can they get away with both? User uploads ONLY, or 2257 enforcement, like the rest of the legit adult biz. What am I missing here? |
