PHP SQL Programmer Needed.

Make OSCommerce or CReloaded products searchable from Joomla.

I have CReloaded (similar to OSCommerce) as a shopping cart on a subdomain and need a search box in Joomla hardcoded into the template or made into a Joomla module. Let me know how much it will cost and when you can have it done by.

The search box should integrate with the design in Joomla. Please be prepared to offer prices on one or all of the following options:

1 - Search box searches products in CReloaded from Joomla.
a - Results are displayed in CReloaded.
b - Results are displayed in Joomla and linked to CReloaded.

2 - Search box searches products in CReloaded from Joomla and has an option to search the CReloaded cart, Joomla site, or both which the visitor can select from the search box.
a - Results are displayed in CReloaded.
b - Results are displayed in Joomla and linked to CReloaded.

hi

this is complicated project and not sure if you want to go this route because it MIGHT limit you from any future upgrades of joomla and crloaded and will lead to good number of billable hours to produce required result

another way it can be done using ajax, pulling results from shopping cart and displaying it on joomla site - but this method is not seo friendly; can be done approximately in 8 hours.

and another method is just add search form in joomla which will simply redirect into store's search results page.

another thought, if your shopping cart can generate search results in RSS/XML - importing these results dinamicly in joomla site is much easier.. and would be the right way of doing it.
