I'm looking for a good webhost with decent priced dedicated server packages.

I want a hosting company thats been around awhile, and has a long standing good reputation and no downtime issues!

M3Server has been around since 96' and is as solid as they come. You'll be hard pressed to find any negative feedback about the company.

We went thru many hosting companies till we were happy.

I doubt anyone will beat their dedicated prices and the support has been A+.

do a search for http://www.isprime.com 0 downtime and if a host is down, your gonna hear it on GFY first. Call Denis or Henry, Isprime doesnt spam GFY, I wonder why?
