Wordpress question, Is this Possible?
I have a blog, using wordpress. I want to setup a wordpress tube section somwhere on the blog, so Im thinking of making a directory tube/ and installing it there. Is this wise or possible? I dont know if 2 wordpress installs can exist, but maybe someone knows otherwise?
Does anyone also know which wordpress tube themes are the best? Ive seen woo tube etc but non of them have the amount of views thanks all |

An easier solution might be to create a "Tube" or "Videos" category and then use a special template file for that specific category so it displays the content as a tube site would. This would allow you to use the same Wordpress installation and administration to add regular blog posts to your site as well as tube videos.

Justin is right. You can install as many wp instances as you like, with the same or not databases.

I would do what Sands mentioned, Have a template for the tube category, and exclude that category from the index of the main site

if you need a views or popular post feature there are several plugins to choose from that will do that and more. |

Hi There!
You can use also the Word Tube plugin, that will bring a JW player instance inside your Wp, without need need of installing any other instances. Hot stuff ;)
cheers jack nasty
