.. so I have finally become a permanent resident of your glorious country and now I am going to continue running my web business here.

I was wondering if any of you would like to share info on tax laws etc? Is there something I should think about or if you have any tips or any good sites I should check out for information?

Seriously though, get an accountant to look over your finances. There are so many wonderful loopholes and legal grey areas you can take advantage of.

Get familiar with GST laws, they seem to love pulling that shit on you when they need money. Other than that, get a good accountant, sit down with him/her for an hour or two to familiarize yourself with local tax laws and you should be fine.
