Amazing spending around 35 or so bucks for FedEx when a wire would have cost the same or a little more..

Ben doesnt have a dime to his name and hopefully he got enough to cover this "check" and it dont bounce

I hope the check clears, JFK - you should have charged a late penalty on top of the invoice IMO but I can understand here why you may not have, just trying to get what's owed at least.

As for the money owed Tibor, I never vouch for anyone on this board but I will personally vouch for him. If he says you owe him the money, you owe him and it'd be in your best interest to pay up.

As for your story with what happened with him, why don't we go through the holes:

1) You claim you never received the necessary contracts, etc...

Pretty simple, if you don't have the contracts, you don't let them appear on your site.

2) You claim they worked for other sites at the same time

You obviously couldn't find proof of them on such other sites. Again, you could also have blocked them.

3) They were poor performers/earners. I can confidently say, Tibor hires quality girls who work and earn very well. I don't know the facts on this one but lean towards it being your lack of quality traffic/customers, not the girls.

You can throw away all of the above statements, though, as it only takes one sentence to prove you are full of shit:

If Tibor didn't deliver, why did you let it go on so long? $75K wasn't accrued after a single day or two. You know the answer to that question.

I don't know your case with Penny, so no comments there. If you owe Michael money for him having worked with you, that's pretty straight-forward; you owe him his money, so pay it.
