Have you ever had the feeling while you lay down in your bed that you are damn so tired
that you start to fear, that if you don't sleep in a minute your body will stop function and you could go mad and other things.

Never had these feelings`?

I've never felt like I would shut down, but I have been so tired I couldn't sleep.

I get like that often enough my doc gave me 10mg Valum for when it happens.

Game over for 9 solid hours every time. (just dont drink on 'em)

That is somewhat what has happened to me too but after a while when I lay down in bed, I get a dust of paranoia from no sleep.

I may not have perfect genetics for living without sleep, but I haven't had a

as far as I can tell, god did not intend for me to spend much time sleeping. Insomnia is a bitch. To me it sounds like you have a mild case, the paranoia aside. Although I think you may be mistaking restlessness for paranoia. They both feel the same. Exaustion does some crazy shit to your mind.

Go see your doc, he should hook you up.

I've felt too tired to sleep before too, usually when your schedule is really out of whack and you stay on the computer way past exhaustion,

I think it passes quickly though and you fall asleep soon after, it just feels strange while you are laying there exhausted and thinking about it

the panic part is when you are in between sleep and awake and you feel paralyzed or start thinking about your breathing and the loss of control that falling into sleep when you are concious but can't move your body conciously
