Are you seeing any trend in your cancellation reasons on your pay sites?

I see that 'income issues' has now almost hit 10%.

Mine was something like...

64% Satisfied Customer
18% Only interested in trial
9.09% Income issues
9% Unhappy with content.

I have not went through all sites (yet). However, I have noticed that 'income issues' is becoming higher, and I am getting more e-mails from people apologizing that they have to cancel because of economic issues.

I have seen sales higher in 2nd and 3rd quarter of this year then 1st. So I am not sure about it getting worse. But I am seeing it increasing in reasons.

Well, I suppose it could be legit. Especially from those that write these sappy, "I'm sorry I have to cancel", e-mails.

Like I am going to take it personal, or come chase them down.

if they had a reason "found a tube site" they would check that as reasons they are canceling
