There are very few of them left in the US. The porn stores that I ran used to own a few, with one of them being the McCook Adult Entertainment Center in Dayton, Ohio, but they are all owned by Deja Vu now and I believe they pulled the dancer booths out of most of the stores. The whole idea of a dancer booth is supposed to be like live phone sex, as the booths were split up into booths where you watched the girls dance on a stage, and then private booths where you can pick a girl and talk to her on a phone while you are watching her perform behind the glass...

Peep show booths. I know a girl who used to do them in Boston (coincidentally or not...where Boondock Saints is based).

That was before they cleaned up the theater district though...not sure if any still exist in Boston.
