A 14-year-old Tucumcari girl is recovering at an Albuquerque hospital after being shot in the head with a Taser dart by Tucucmari Police Chief Roger Hatcher.

It's not like the cops could tell how old she was, she ran from them. Why aren't we blaming the parents for not teaching their kids the simple basics of society, ie. don't run from the police?

I think things would improve alot we parents got charged with kids when the kids fuck up under the age of 18... because some parents literally don't give a fuck what their kid does...

yes, was the first news article I rd this morning and it set me off. I even walked past the local newspaper that had it at the small market this morning ( i live in nola) and it broke my heart to read the story.

the cops here are the most uneducated redneck ass cops ever. Even the blacvk ones are rednecks, not just white ones! these people are paid, l;iterally, to ride around and just shoot nutria and all kinds of animals from the back of their trucks like wild fucking west. They have no compassion for animals at all. I guess its time for me to print up some acivist fliers and go guerilla and put em on cars to raise awareness of these pigs habits regarding animals. The dogs name was primo.... Not doing anything for Primo and just standing by, makes me feel guilty and part of the problem.
