You know titles, music and chopping up the video into a smaller one maybe?

Adobe Premiere on PC and Final Cut Pro on Mac.

Backtraxxx from Digital Juice is a good source for audio for special projects. Be sure to read the license for application restrictions. The new v3 has fewer restrictions.
