Hello,

TE 2.0 (free skimmed and paid version) has been released in June 2009 with a huge success. We're about to release the next version, TE 2.1 and we're looking for a few more beta testers. If you're interested, please contact me on ICQ: 242240240

A few words for those that are not familiar with TE yet. It is coded in C programming language and it uses its own fast database routines. It's one of the most feature-rich and probably the most quality traffic trade script on the market. You can find more details on our web page (see the signature).

Never tried it, but i can test it on a new site and send traffic from my network of sites, see if i can build it up using TE.

Hi, i've noticed you have two sites based on TE and they're version 1.1. If you want us to upgrade existing versions to 2.1, you must upgrade to 2.0 first (you can contact me about that on ICQ). We can install a skimmed (free) version for you on any other site of course. Let me know and thank you.

Jim if ya wanna try it out on a tubeporject, im about to release www.jummytube.com and am looking around for a tradescript to use on it, i was gonna go with epower but if ya wanna give it a go then hit me up.

...does it store little daily data files like AT3? If so then nevermind... after 6 months the server will be too damn slow from all the files it creates on a daily basis and having to look through them.

Which is why I now prefer database driven tradescripts.

O.K. excellent. By the way, we'll have to install the beta 2.1 for you, because we want to monitor installation process as well. Please register at our web page and send me a msg on ICQ and we'll install it for u. If possible, we would like to put it on two of your sites as there are some new network features available and we would like to perform a few more tests on those as well.

I assume you are talking about "history" module. TE writes history data once a day and it appends data to the existing history file for each trade, therefore history files are not accumulating. History data is being read only when u actually click the history menu. You don't need to worry about anything slowing down after time. If you are still worried about that, i can tell you that you can reset history data in TE at anytime you want to, directly from the admin panel.

You prefer database driven trade scripts for performance reasons? You mean SQL driven? I guess u don't have much programming knowledge, because this makes no sense at all. We're using our own database routines in TE to increase the performance ,not to decrease it. SQL is not the most suitable solution for large amount of small reads and writes. And when it comes to history to be more specific, all trade scripts write it somewhere, either to text files, binary files or SQL. If history in the trade script you've mentioned is slowing everything down on your server after X months, the cause is poor programming and not the database type.
