Keifer Sutherland thing. Might want to check it out if you liked The Ring or Black Water. Another Asian horror translation that worked pretty well. He even somehow managed to get a somewhat Jack Bower persona into the film LOL!

Yeah, rented it last month.

Watchable...but that's about it. Cool set design for the old building, though.

Couple of good scary moments, and yeah the old building was perfect.
A character of it's own.
I wouldn't mind watching it again.
