I hear that Chameleon Submitter is good.
Never use them myself though ... I am more the abused by them, since we own the tgp sites..

A submitter alone is not sufficient, you need to combine it with a good time machine, depending on your gallery experience I suggest setting the Year dial to 2001 or 2002.

Yes they are very good, they have pretty much all you need built in to the program, thumb cropper etc. Feel free to use my ref-code! ;)
