So the 'Amateurs' and 'Other Amateurs' categories are only USA girls? I saw those categories, but just assumed that they were a combination of all the amateurs. How sure are you that they are American only?

That is where all of the Americans are listed. I do believe there are some Canadians and English women in there as well. 95 percent of the women on those lines are American. I am not sure why they do not have a link for American ladies only. I will ask Jill and see if she can help with a link to Americans only.
