just about every major casino in Vegas is filing for chapter 11...don't mean shit..they will still stay open.. NO, NOT TIME SHARE...Straight up purchase..Im looking for a few more from $19-35k range..the market will turn and people will need a place to rent, no matter what. Heading to NC and doing the same shit there too

I was just there this weekend and the place was a ghost town. It wouldn't surprise me, but it'll be Chapter 11 to restructure, if anything. It's the latest trend here.
