we prefer em as long as possible, on our newest project we will allow sponsor to upload movies as long as they are 5minute+ on these movies they will get enough advertising to make it worth their while.

sales from my tgp site traffic is decent, as well as search traffic. traffic from other tubes is complete shit

I think 2-5 mins are fine, however ive seen clips 1 min that kick ass. Also ive seen some 3 mins that suck, and 7 mins that are awesome. I prefer at least 5 mins of tease fyc does good with that. Bangbros does the best 1 min trailers i think. If its 2 mins of talking with clothes on how do you sell that? Who wants to see whats next there? Im not disagreeing but i would like to know. thanks.

I only use 30-45 second scenes, 2 years now, convert nicely. I also cut them to never give away too much so that people can 'pop' a nut. People still sign up for 29.95 memberships.

It is no wonder a lot of people simply can't sell anything.

It all depends, before I left adult my site was doing 3-5 minute videos because they converted better than 1-2 min videos.

If you really wanna have a challenge, sell them on just pictures ;)

We are 1:800 with youngertube.com. Just like any brand new mgp the ratio starts out like crap and once it gets the traffic established and more bookmarkers the ratio drops. Its a lot of fine tuning to get it that way. Seems to get better then most of our mgps.

amen brother also big hollywood movies whose single budget for one movie is bigger than the combined incomes of this board. Use one minute trailers. Why? because it works its a tease, if they aint going to buy in one min. either : a you make shitty trailers or B: your content aint doing it for them. the affiliates that I talk to seem to want 2-3 minute clips. At least the tubes that are using the nubiles tube script seem to use mainly those also. We just upgraded our xml feed to have longer clips most of them are slightly over 3 minutes and I have had a few affiliates ask if I had anything shorter. But certainly I am not making any claim on the accuracy of my sample group.
