How much money does IBill owe you

How much money did IBill keep from you? As I saw in many posts IBill is not paying a lot of people and I would like to know how many of the GFY members still wait for IBill payments.

Lucky me! I am owed about sixty bucks in affiliate revenue from a single customer that signed up with a sponsor I tested last spring and has been rebilling like clockwork ever since. I was idly considering sending in an email to inquire about it when I started seeing all the horror stories here...now I just feel lucky that that amount is so low and I don't plan to waste the effort.

Well, as stated in another thread, Ibill owe us several thousand in reserve payments. We left Ibill in October and have received nothing since November.

Obviously I would strongly suggest to anyone considering using IBill to forget it. Even if they do end up paying out, which I doubt will happen, the hassle that they give you in poor customer service and lengthy account interface downtime makes them a bad choice for billing company.

The sting in the tail for us is that we were with them for years, they have earnt thousands upon thousands of dollars in fees and when we decide to leave their parting gift is to screw us money that is rightfully ours.

So much for keeping a reserve to protect them from fraud, it's us the webmasters who need protecting from theives like IBill.

I am happy to retract this when/if we ever are paid.

I agree CCBill is so much more professional when it comes to customer care. It seems IBill only cares for getting the most before leaving the business.

I'm owed about $3500 or so from last month. I received word that checks would be going out today but I'm not holding my breath. Take care, iBill, it was good while it lasted.

for anyone who's had a large ibill reserve at one time, and then either switched processors or cut traffic to the site (shutting it down) - have you recieved your entire reserve without issues?

it sounds like ibill gives may give you problems once you are no longer doing active signups/recurs.

Belly up can't be far away.

Went through a similar experience with WTC in Ft. Lauderdale. All along they were smiling and saying "all is well" until the last phone call they told us to F*ck off and they filed Chapter 11.

Never did get those 11 months of sales.

Nothing today from Ibill. I haven't been paid since the 1st of December. I called the morons at Premium Accounts, they asked me if I've emailed Payouts. Right. She'll get back to me, uh huh. Doesn't have a clue as to why I haven't been paid. Didn't respond at all when I started reading her the poll here. I doubt there was a heartbeat on the other end of the phone.

I emailed Marc Lender and Don Moore. Don told me that I'm not on Do Not Pay, that I would receive a special out-of-sequence payout on the 26th, didn't happen.

Can't get Don Moore via email or phone anymore.

Ibill's going under, for sure. Not even the sales managers can make anything happen anymore.

My new billing is moved, but they have a hell of a lot of rebills that they've stolen from me, not counting all that reserve money.

I for one will be parked in their booth in Vegas. Lucky for Ibill, the airports have metal detectors.

yeah, many people haven't been paid since dec 1st.

i'm heading into my last year in adult, and i'm very concerned about my reserve being paid out once my sites have been shut down.

hell, i'm just hoping to get my next wire without another delay...

Its been around 50 days since the last payment from iBill and they still owe us thousands.

I think the speculation that iBill give you problems with your reserve when you leave them is right on the ball. We emailed them again with a very stern email just asking for the status of our payments, again this went unanswered.

I wonder if IBill is paying their suppliers ? Does anyone know anyone who provides goods or services to IBill ? Is it possible IBill is robbing Peter to pay Paul ?

There should be another option on this poll just for quiet. I can only imagine the reserve they're holding back from him, and it would make my jaw drop. I bet ibill is making sick interest on that reserve.

For the amount ibill owes you, its worth it to take them to court for it.Are you still processing new members with them?

It is scary how many people IBill seems to scam.

I bet when I post this poll regarding Epoch or CCBill everyone is paid in time.

We've been with iBill for years and they have never missed a payment, till 15 Dec when we were paid short. Like everyone else here - phonecalls, emails, confirmed details several times, promised a payout on time on Jan 2...... still waiting.

Contacted them Friday, told details were confirmed for intrim payment today, told last night they were'nt and payment would be missed !

iBill owe us about $20,000

I believe a group are getting together for a class action against iBill if they don't pay up ?

This is so classic. Man this biz just never changes. There's processors being praised here right now that gave webmasters the run around years back just like this ibill situation Memories are so short it seems.

Learn from some of the old dogs in here. None of these processors are perfect. Nor should they be. They are succeptible to many things beyond their control. No moneys, reserves are guaranteed. I don't bank on anything until the check clears or the wire hits. Til then I consider all receivables just that a promise to get paid. You never know when regulatory shit or bank shit, or cash flow shit will hit the fan and the boat will sink faster than lightning and you'll never see your dough.

But to see companies getting their rep rammed cause of stuff beyond their control just shouldn't be. They've all had their moments. Ibill is apparently now having theirs. And at the same time to sing accolades for companies that have had problems just like ibill before isn't smart either.

The keyword is always always expect things to get fucked up cause it always happens sooner or later. Don't bank on anything till you have your money in hand.

IBill's big mistake is their lack of communication.
People always have to guess what is going on.
