How to fix permalinks in wordpress ??? - GoFuckYourself.com

After having my site hacked a few months back all the permalinks fucked up. I have tried fixing them manually and it just goes back to the original wrong permalink and I have also tried a plugin that somebody else recommened that just stuffed the whole blog up

Does anybody know if there is another way to fix this I havent tried using phpmyadmin yet and im wondering if this is whats causing it

Save all of your custom mods and reload a fresh copy of wordpress?
