I'm fired up for the NFL this year. Big Chargers fan and it's gonna be a huge year. The swami aka Chris Berman picked 'em to goto the Super Bowl too. Starts off with the Raiders on MNF. It'll be a ROUT. Any hardcore Raider fans on GFY wanna prove me wrong? Let me know.

Chargers

Fool me once, shame on me; Fool me 16 weeks in a row since we started a sixteen weeks season and oh well...

The Chargers are one of those teams I hope LA doesn't get stuck with if we ever get a team here. Them or the Raiders. I couldn't root for either of them.

bumpin it up for any raider fans. figured as much. it's 9 1/2 points. too many points for a MNF to bet on. Was looking for any suckers aka raider fans to take it straight up since they all think Al Davis is a god and will beat us. 38-10 prediction

im a raiders fan and been one since i remember what football was as a kid, even when the other kids switched to the steelers cause they won the superbowl.
i personally do not think al davis is a god unless we are comparing him with the christian god, then yes he is as they both made unbelievable mistakes and constant blunders. at one time i liked him, now he just pisses me off.
i would of taken your bet with less points than the standard spread if it was just goof off money but with the tossed in insults combined with wanting it straight up, nah fuck off.
i can bet with people who will not insult me and also give me points.

Al Davis is the biggest thing that's wrong with the current Raiders - the game has past him, but he won't let go...

Not saying he is the only problem, because the team is pretty much a mess.

Conan had a bit on last week that compared Al Davis looks to Quasimodo (the Hunchback of Notre Dame):

Other's say he looks more like the Cryptkeeper:

I've been a Raiders fan most of my life, but there has not been a lot to cheer about since they lost in the Playoff's to New England back in the 2001 season.
