Nothing new in this average film however the scene where the drug dealer played by "Ving Rhames" explains to the friends why the prostitutes should always be referred to as "bitches" is funny. Plot ---- Four working-class friends hit the jackpot when their plan to launch a large-scale prostitution business on Pittburgh's Upper North Side takes off. But more money brings more problems -- especially in a town with so many bridges. Actor Blair Underwood makes his feature-length directorial debut with this gritty crime drama co-starring Ving Rhames, Bijou Phillips, Danny Masterson, Alexandra Breckenridge and Daniel London.
