Need a plugin for reporting posts. I'm running one of those wordpress tube themes, and would like a plugin for users to report videos when they go dead. i'm sure there's something like this out there. Anyone got a recommendation?

the plugin interfered with another plugin of importance to my project while automatically adding the "report" links to the posts. works great with the links called in manually through the single.php...
