thats why it was so much easier to make money in the 90`s.there wasnt as much free porn to jerk off to.

I disagree. A lot of sponsors carefully select what to put on their hosted galleries so that most of the best parts are missing. Also, the quality that can be found on hosted galleries mostly is not that good.
