Question about Bing
How come Microsoft's Bing can link to and display pirated videos from other tube sites yet they are not being DMCA'd? It would appear to me that Bing is linking/indexing to tube sites that have pirated videos so isn't Microsoft just as guilty? If not, whats to stop other tube sites from embedding pirate videos from the original infringes?
Surely M$FT has much deeper pockets to be hit now doesn't it? |

case in point to the dude who was upset Raven Riley's vidz were on PornHub. Bing search returned much more.
