salary based on performance goals and commissions
thats how I paid sales people and seemed to work the best. im not a fan of just paying a salary to a sales person unless I have a way to track their progress

Depends on a lot of things, how big is the program, How much does the rep work, what's the rep's experience, etc. I'd say $2000/m + some sort of % and bonuses is minimum.

Most of them make $8 an hour and work 40 hours a week, so you should be looking at that amount. Frankly though, they do about $2 an hour worth of work.

I dont have any experience hiring a program rep so let me say that first and foremost. I do however have experience hiring full time employees for adult work.
I would probably say a base of 1k plus performance bonuses and then after 6 months have a look at their progress and adjust their base as needed. By adjust I mean up btw, if you have to lower it then they probably arent worth having around on a full time basis anyway. If they had unique experience or large contacts where you can see immediate results then I would start them up higher on the base pay, and prob adjust down their bonus a bit. |

Depends on where they live ... lower salary plus commission.
$1-2k/month plus $.50-$1/sale (pending on the quotas you set).
