I been looking for an SMS billing solution for a particular idea I have, the users would text a short code to a number and get billed a certain amount, for example MORE to 12345 and they would get charged $1.

I need the biller to record each of the phone numbers that have been billed, I also need access to the list since this would be some kind of voting solution and I need to pick a particular phone at a later date as a "winner".

Does anyone know who could do this?

you need to get your own short code and then get it approved across all the carriers and have an sms gateway
