It's pretty bad when the tax havens have to start collecting taxes.

Here's what surprised me though ... TRILLIONS of dollars flow through the Cayman's every day. Not billions, but trillions.

To put that into perspective, the U.S. government only had a $2.98 trillion dollar budget for all of fiscal year 2008.

To many of these people, $264 million would be the equivalent of us giving up a twenty dollar bill.
