Does your iphone connect on other wifi's? It is not a very complicated system normally.

It does, but i think it has something to do with the high speed or something.
I had a 54mpbs router before, and it connected without a problem. |

I have dlink DIR-855, it sends the wireless signal at 2.4ghz and 5.0 at the same time, iphone 3GS can only see my router at 2.4ghz ... so make sure your router is not 5 ghz only, or its setup for 2.4 as well etc.

It seems it has something to do with the security settings. Wpa wap, whatever doesnt work. When using wep security it works.
Not sure why, but well.. Whats the big difference between wep/wpa etc? Is my network not save anymore when i have my router on wep? |

Ive read about problems with the iPhone and connecting to some routers. Mine has a hard time staying connected to my MiFi which I can't fucking stand
![]() I know when I had my wireless N router it would cause problems connecting, I think it only supports B & G I'm sure there is a big difference between the types, just dont have a solid answer for you.
