Underpriced for a first-name domain of that caliber, but it is a down market after all. I've had a .com with 1/20 the searches per month of Megan sitting on forums for < $2k for weeks now. 2 years ago it'd be sold already for $4k-$5k and Megan would have fetched $100k.
